Add/Update company branches/site (Geo-fence): In this module you are allowed to Add/Update multiple company branches or site with its code and radius.2.
Add/Update public holidays: In this module you are allowed to add public holidays (Not non-working days).3.
Add/Update employees: In this module you have to add your companies’ employees for whose you wants to take attendance.
Here you can also select employees working schedule and if only if you want to enable live tracking for employee/s.4.
View all employees: In this module you can see all the employees whose you have added from Add Employees module.
This module also provide Call, Edit and Delete functionality.5.
Mark Attendance: In this module Employees can mark their daily basis attendance.All employees can mark their attendance endlessly, but before creating a new attendance employee need to select branch/site.
So when employee comes inside his/her selected site Geo-fence range at that time application allows to mark attendance.
But if employee is outside the Geo-fence range, he/she not allowed to punch attendance.6.
View Attendance: Here you can check monthly attendance history where you can see that how many days employee present, how many times employee forgot to mark his/her OUT attendance.Here administrator is able to modify attendance details of employee.7.
Live Tracking: if the employee’s live tracking is enabled.
Administrator can see he/she real-time location.8.
Generate Attendance Report: In this module, you need select date range that you want to generate attendance and download in excel (.xlsx) format.
Only administrator can access this module.9.
Change Password: Using this module, you can able to change your password.
